Come back to yourself.

A journey through yoga, Ayurveda, breath, movement and conscious living.

There are moments in life when we realise that something needs to change.

Perhaps the body is asking for attention.

Perhaps the mind has become too busy.

Perhaps we have simply become disconnected from ourselves.

Sometimes, the journey back begins with something very simple: one breath, one movement, one moment of stillness.

This is where my work begins.

I’m Lucie, an international yoga teacher and holistic wellness practitioner. Yoga is the foundation of my work, while Ayurveda, bodywork, sound and conscious living have naturally become part of the path.

I create spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves and discover a deeper sense of balance — through movement, breath, awareness and a more conscious way of living.

It all began with one yoga class

I discovered yoga almost unexpectedly in Paris. At the time, I was studying International Development and imagined my life going in a very different direction.

Then I walked into a yoga class.

I remember the feeling more than anything else. Something became quieter. I felt more present. More connected. More myself.

I didn’t know it then, but that first practice would change the direction of my life.

My curiosity eventually brought me to India, where I went to study yoga. What was meant to be a period of training became two years of immersing myself in yoga, meditation, pranayama and Ayurvedic living.

I practised. I studied. I travelled. I listened.

And somewhere along the way, yoga stopped being something I simply practised on a mat. It became a way of living.

The deeper I went, the more I discovered

The more I studied yoga, the more I understood that it was never only about the physical postures.

Yoga taught me to become aware of my body. To observe my breath. To become more familiar with my mind. To notice how the way I eat, rest, move and live affects how I feel. And to understand that stillness can be just as powerful as movement.

This naturally led me deeper into Ayurveda and its understanding of individual nature, nourishment, daily rhythms and balance.

Over the years, my path expanded into Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, therapeutic movement, massage, sound, mantra and other practices that help us reconnect with ourselves.

They may look like different practices. For me, they are different doorways into the same place: awareness.

My own journey through healing

My relationship with these practices became deeply personal through my own experience with epilepsy.

For many years, I lived with seizures. This eventually led me to explore health from a much wider perspective and to look beyond symptoms alone.

I began exploring the relationship between lifestyle, movement, breath, meditation, nourishment, Ayurveda and the connection between body and mind.

Through profound changes in the way I lived, together with the guidance and practices I received, my experience of my health changed dramatically. I have now been seizure-free for many years.

I don’t share this as a promise, or as a claim that yoga or Ayurveda can cure epilepsy. I share it because it changed me.

It taught me to look at a person as a whole rather than reducing them to a symptom. It taught me to listen more carefully. It taught me that wellbeing is deeply individual. And it showed me that the journey towards balance can begin in places we never expected.

That understanding is now at the heart of the way I work with others.

A holistic approach to living

Today, I bring together the different strands of my journey to create personalised experiences rather than one-size-fits-all practices.

Yoga

Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation — alignment-based and therapeutic movement, with breath, meditation and awareness naturally woven into the practice.

Ayurveda

Exploring individual constitution, nourishment, daily rhythms and lifestyle through an Ayurvedic perspective.

Bodywork

Massage and therapeutic touch as ways of releasing tension, cultivating body awareness and reconnecting with the physical self.

Sound & mantra

Crystal, Tibetan bowls, vibration, mantra and sound meditation as pathways towards relaxation, presence and inner stillness.

Retreats & experiences

Creating space to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and explore these practices more deeply.

But ultimately, these are only tools. The real practice is learning to understand yourself.

You don’t need to become someone else. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to have experience. You don’t need the perfect body. You don’t need to meditate perfectly. And you don’t need to follow someone else’s idea of what a healthy or spiritual life should look like.

You can arrive exactly as you are.

Perhaps your body is asking for movement. Perhaps your mind needs stillness. Perhaps you are looking for more energy, better balance or a deeper understanding of yourself. Perhaps you simply feel that there must be another way of living — one that feels more conscious, connected and true to who you are.

Start there. With one breath. One movement. One moment of awareness. And see where it takes you.

I am a teacher, but I am also a student

My journey has taken me across different countries and traditions, always bringing me back to the practice and to the importance of learning from those who have walked the path before me.

I have studied with teachers including B.N.S. Iyengar, explored the Mysore tradition with Vijay Kumar, studied Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, and deepened my understanding of Ayurveda with Dr. Adrish Brahmadatta, alongside my formal education and continued studies in India.

My education continues to evolve through formal training, dedicated personal practice, teaching and ongoing study of traditional yogic and Ayurvedic practices. My studies span Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama, therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, massage and bodywork, sound healing and holistic approaches to conscious living.

But my education is not only what is written on a certificate. It is also the years spent practising. Teaching. Travelling. Listening. Working with different bodies, minds and life experiences. And remaining curious.

I believe that a good teacher never stops being a student. My own journey continues.

This is the work I love

To create a space where you can slow down. Where you can breathe. Where you can listen. Where you can reconnect with your body and become more aware of your mind.

And perhaps, little by little, remember something that was never really lost. The way back to yourself.

I would be honoured to share part of that journey with you.
